Divider blocks (sometimes refered to as distribution blocks or grease distribution blocks) deliver correct lubrication rates to be distributed to up to six points, reducing the size of lubricator boxes and allowing proper lubrication.
They are available in three mounting configurations to match the mounting arrangements of Drops A, Trabon and Lincoln. We provide high quality accessories and patented products like No-flow devices and POPR® that allow constant monitoring and simplify troubleshooting.

Lubrication pumps feed lubricant from the lubricant reservoir into the tubing system of the automatic centralized lubrication system. The manometric pressure has to be high enough to compensate for pressure drops in the tubing, components (filters, valves, distributors) and friction points. Differentiation criteria.
The Proflo PF2 is a programmable shutdown device used to monitor the lubricantflow of divider valve metering systems. Cycle times are continuously monitored and communicated through both the LCD display and the LED indicator lights.
The Proflo PF2is a learning device that monitors and calibrates to the installed magnet assembly.

Our NEOMAG® visual cycle indicator tracks the divider block piston movement allowing you to monitor and control oil consumption, set proper lube rates and easily spot problems in the divider block system.
The Compressor Products International proximity switch helps monitor oil consumption and shuts down the compressor if the lubrication system begins to deteriorate.
Spring Loaded Pressure Indicators (or reset pin indicators) help you immediately locate high pressure points in the divider block or the location of a blocked tubing line in the divider block lubrication systems.
We also offer base plate check valves, base plate fittings and mounting brackets for your divider blocks.
Our check valves are designed for high-pressure compressors and divider block systems where reverse flow and leakage must be kept to a minimum. Typical applications include engine, pump and compressor cylinder/packing lubrication systems and hydraulic systems.
